ANTW publishes 4 issues each year:
- Two Focus Issues: These issues contain one large article from a prominent Dutch or Flemish philosopher, the Focus Article, followed by six shorter comments and a closing reply by the Focus Author.
- One regular issue: This contains research articles, overview articles, and congress reports.
- One themed issue: This issue publishes around six articles focusing on certain subjects relevant in philosophy.
All issues include several book reviews.
